When traveling from Anchorage to Homer, you will enter Anchor Point, which is about 15 miles before Homer. Instead of continuing on the New Sterling Highway to Homer, take a right towards Anchor River Inn. This is the Old Sterling Highway. Proceed down the hill and over the bridge spanning the Anchor River. Go past the Beach Access Road, continue up the hill about ¼ mile, and take a right on Twin Peaks Loop.
